Hoop dreams

Yesterday between 6:15pm and 7:05pm we a miracle was suppose to happen but it was stopped by the Tc known as Eric! In a game to 15 i was first to reach 15 but I had to win by 2 and with Eric right behind this was no easy task! Eric shot and missed but he stepped up his defense because i was in the lead. I took the ball back, i dribbled for awhile, i watched Eric waiting for him to slip up....but he never did and i took the shot and missed and i was to tired to hold up good defense with my only motivation being the victory that i could feel in my sweaty palm. He grabbed the ball and took advantage of my weakness and scored twice in a row to win the game. I was the closest to beating him in the past 2-3 yrs ( of the students). I was a little disappointed to have a victory as important as that one taken from my hand. So today since Eric has basketball as his physical activity i am going to see if i can have it for today and tomorrow. I'm going to beat Eric and then beat Mr. Brandson before this summer program is over!
